E\u011fer midede \u00e7abuk bozulmazsa, herhangi bir zarar\u0131 olmaz. Onun k\u00f6t\u00fc etkisi yoktur. Ama besleyici de\u011fildir veya pek az yararl\u0131d\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn dut \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin yemekten \u00f6nce ve mide salg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yo\u011fun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman yenmesi uygundur. \u0130\u015ftiha ile yense bile, mideden \u00e7abuk at\u0131l\u0131r.
