Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Tayyip Erdo\u011fan, \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyerinin y\u00fczde 90&#8217;\u0131n\u0131n kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 se\u00e7imlerde y\u00fczde 86 oy alan ve Y\u00d6K taraf\u0131ndan tek isim olarak Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;na g\u00f6nderilen \u00a0Prof. G\u00fclay Barbaroso\u011flu yerine Prof. Mehmed \u00d6zkan&#8217;\u0131 rekt\u00f6r olarak atad\u0131.
