Cizre’de bir tan\u0131\u011f\u0131n ifadeleri \u00fczerine Ku\u015ftepe K\u00f6y\u00fc’nde ge\u00e7en hafta Diyarbak\u0131r’dan giden \u00f6zel yetkili bir savc\u0131 nezaretinde kaz\u0131lar yap\u0131ld\u0131. Kaz\u0131larda, 13 ayr\u0131 kemik par\u00e7as\u0131 bulunan incelenmek \u00fczere \u0130stanbul Adli T\u0131p Kurumu’na g\u00f6nderildi. Olayla ilgili g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nan 5 \u015f\u00fcpheliden Cizre Belediye eski Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Kamil Atak’\u0131n o\u011flu Temel Atak tutuklan\u0131rken, baba Atak, Mardin’in Nusaybin \u0130l\u00e7esi’nde yakalanarak sorgusunun yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Diyarbak\u0131r’a getirildi. Ter\u00f6rle M\u00fccadele \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc’nde soru\u015fturmas\u0131 tamamlanan Atak, adliyeye sevkedildi. Adliyede ifadeleri al\u0131nan eski Ba\u015fkan Kamil Atak tutukland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Ku\u015ftepe K\u00f6y\u00fc’ndeki kaz\u0131larla ilgili Diyarbak\u0131r Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131’na ihbarda bulunan ve yer g\u00f6steren N.A. isimli tan\u0131k, 1990’l\u0131 y\u0131llarda d\u00f6nemin Cizre Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve korucuba\u015f\u0131 olan Kamil Atak’\u0131n ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc PKK’ya yard\u0131m ve yatakl\u0131k eden baz\u0131 ki\u015fileri al\u0131p sorgulanmak \u00fczere ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc Hizbullah’a teslim etti\u011fini \u00f6ne s\u00fcrd\u00fc. Ayn\u0131 ki\u015fi bu ki\u015filerin Ku\u015ftepe K\u00f6y\u00fc’ne g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcp sorguland\u0131ktan sonra \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcp g\u00f6m\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6yledi.
