Halk\u0131n m\u00fccadelesi bu a\u015famaya gelmi\u015ftir. Ancak bunlar demokrasinin, cumhuriyetin yan\u0131na demokratik bir y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek yerine var olan cumhuriyeti de ortadan kald\u0131ran bir y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na do\u011fru gidiyorlar. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n y\u00f6netime kat\u0131lma iste\u011fi, \u00f6zerk y\u00f6netim iste\u011fi, anadilin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki b\u00fct\u00fcn engelleri kald\u0131rma y\u00f6n\u00fcnde y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc m\u00fccadelesi bug\u00fcne kadar b\u00fct\u00fcn diktat\u00f6rl\u00fcklere, b\u00fct\u00fcn fa\u015fizan y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 tek tek a\u015farak bu g\u00fcnlere geldi. D\u00fcn Siirt, Batman ve Mardin&#8217;de KCK operasyonlar\u0131 d\u00fczenlendi.
