Kimler b\u00f6yle bir mutabakata kat\u0131lacakt\u0131r? Say\u0131n Ba\u015fkan\u0131n bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 kime kar\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r? Ben do\u011frusu burada muhatap bulamad\u0131m. \u015eahsen okudu\u011fumda veya bu konu \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131mda, Say\u0131n Ba\u015fkan belki maksad\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klayacakt\u0131r; bug\u00fcn, yar\u0131n, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ar\u0131n\u00e7: Ba\u015fkan a\u00e7\u0131klas\u0131n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yani bunu TBMM i\u00e7indeki partilerin imzalamas\u0131 gereken bir bildiri olarak m\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc yoksa sadece kamuoyuna ilan edilen bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 olarak m\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fc bilemiyorum. O bildirinin muhatab\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmet de\u011fildir, TBMM i\u00e7i midir onu Ba\u015fkan\u2019\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 laz\u0131m. Grup Ba\u015fkanvekilleri midir, sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 m\u0131d\u0131r yoksa \u2018Halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hissiyat\u0131 bu y\u00f6ndedir, ben de halk\u0131n temsilcileri olan TBMM\u2019nin ba\u015fkan\u0131y\u0131m, halk\u0131n arzu etti\u011fi bu 11 maddelik muht\u0131ray\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamak istiyorum ve buna sahip \u00e7\u0131kanlar da sahip \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etsinler\u2019 mi demek istemi\u015ftir.
