31 Aral\u0131k 2012 d\u00f6neminde ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere belirlenen yeni katsay\u0131lar\u0131n 1 Temmuz 2012 tarihinden itibaren ayl\u0131klara yans\u0131t\u0131laca\u011f\u0131, zaml\u0131 ayl\u0131klar\u0131n ilgililerin ayl\u0131k almakta olduklar\u0131 banka ve PTT \u015fubeleri taraf\u0131ndan 1 &#8211;
