Bunun 2 milyonu riskli ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi gereken bina stoku. Y\u00fczde 100 imar art\u0131\u015f\u0131 verilerek bu konutlar\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrecek olursak, 2 milyon konut yapmam\u0131z laz\u0131m. Mevcut 2 milyon riskli konut say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ikiye katlayarak 4 milyon konut yaparsak, 2 milyon konutu kime sataca\u011f\u0131z.
