Bu durumdan \u00f6zellikle de belli ba\u015fl\u0131 h\u00fccresel nakil proteinlerindeki azalma sorumlu tutulmakta. Proteinlerdeki azalma sinir h\u00fccreleri aras\u0131ndaki sinyallerin do\u011fru i\u015flenmesini engellemekte (Journal of Physiology).\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bilim Teknik- Merkezi sinir sisteminde kronik bir hastal\u0131k olan epilepside sinir h\u00fccrelerinin a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 uyar\u0131lmas\u0131 (hipereksitabilite) ilk ba\u015fta k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir grup h\u00fccrenin \u00e7ok s\u0131k olarak \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck at\u0131mlar iletmesine neden olur. Bu \u015fekilde daha b\u00fcy\u00fck sinir h\u00fccresi ayn\u0131 anda uyar\u0131larak epileptik n\u00f6bete yol a\u00e7ar. Charite \u2013 Berlin T\u0131p \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nden Rudolf Deisz, n\u00f6betin \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f b\u00f6lgesindeki belli ba\u015fl\u0131 h\u00fccresel iyon ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131nda i\u015flev bozuklu\u011funun oldu\u011funu saptad\u0131. Bu bozukluk, sinir h\u00fccrelerinde yetersiz klor\u00fcr iyonu da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na yol a\u00e7makta ki, merkezi sinir sistemindeki do\u011fru sinyal iletimi, bask\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131 aktar\u0131m maddesi GABA taraf\u0131ndan bozulmakta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yani sonu\u00e7ta h\u00fccre zar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki klor\u00fcr derecesi, bask\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131 GABA etkisi \u00fczerinde tesirli oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, klor\u00fcr iyonlar\u0131n\u0131n yetersizli\u011fiyle sinir h\u00fccresi etkinli\u011fi art\u0131yor. \u015eimdiye dek bozuk bask\u0131lamadan, GABA resept\u00f6rleri \u00fczerindeki bir hasar\u0131n sorumlu oldu\u011fu san\u0131l\u0131yordu. Fakat son ara\u015ft\u0131rmayla epilepsi olu\u015fumuyla ilgili yayg\u0131n teori \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f oldu. Ayr\u0131ca son \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma baz\u0131 ila\u00e7lar\u0131n bir\u00e7ok hastada ni\u00e7in i\u015fe yaramad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131makta.
