Ak\u015fam’\u0131n haberine g\u00f6re kongreden bir g\u00fcn \u00f6nce kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 Mali Kontrol Paneli’nde T\u00fcrkiye’deki \u015fike ile ilgili konu\u015fan ve ‘Derhal cezalar verilmeli’ diyerek son saniye uyar\u0131s\u0131 yapan UEFA Genel Sekreteri Gianni \u0130nfantino, TFF heyeti ile de zirve yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u0130nfantino, ‘Puan silme’ form\u00fcl\u00fcne ‘evet’ demi\u015f ancak ‘3 ayda mutlaka \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn’ uyar\u0131s\u0131nda bulunmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

1<\/strong> – \u015eENES Erzik toplant\u0131 ile ilgili rapor haz\u0131rlayacak. Raporun i\u00e7eri\u011fi ‘Kul\u00fcpler karar\u0131n\u0131 verdi, 58. madde uygulanacak’ \u015feklinde olacak.<\/p>\n

2<\/strong> – DAHA \u00f6nemlisi UEFA, Genel Kurul’un tutanaklar\u0131n\u0131 isteyecek. \u0130ngilizce haz\u0131rlanacak tutanaklarda ya\u015fanan t\u00fcm olaylar olacak. \u00d6zellikle ‘Yarg\u0131 beklensin’ konu\u015fmalar\u0131 bizim a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131zdan s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 yaratacak…<\/p>\n

3<\/strong> – UEFA bu bilgileri takip ama\u00e7l\u0131 olarak alacak. Ancak onlar i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli olan cezan\u0131n kesilme zaman\u0131.. Son zirvede UEFA’n\u0131n tek beklentisinin bu tarihin Play-Off \u00f6ncesi oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.. Yani UEFA diyor ki; ’15 Nisan’a kadar cezay\u0131 kesin. 4<\/strong> – YAN\u0130 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm i\u00e7in \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczde 79 g\u00fcn var. TFF cezalar\u0131 bu tarihe yeti\u015ftirebilecek mi? \u015eah\u0131s ve kul\u00fcplerden savunmalar istendi. 15-20 g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u00fcreler verildi. Etik Kurulu raporu bitirme a\u015famas\u0131nda. Tahkim s\u00fcreci de eklenirse s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir karar d\u00f6nemi bekleniyor. Bu ciddi sorun.. Ek s\u00fcre al\u0131nmas\u0131, Etik Kurul ve PFDK \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n gecikmesi bekleniyor. Yani TFF, \u00f6nceki plana ge\u00e7ip ‘sezon sonu cezay\u0131 keselim’ plan\u0131na d\u00f6necek. Peki bu durumda TFF, UEFA’y\u0131 nas\u0131l ikna edecek?<\/p>\n

5<\/strong> – Ortak yan\u0131t ayn\u0131yd\u0131: ‘\u0130nfantino daha 3 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce mesajlar\u0131 verdi, ‘derhal bitirin’ dedi.’<\/p>\n

S\u00fcre dolunca \u00f6nce bir uyar\u0131 mektubu yazar. Ard\u0131ndan durum de\u011fi\u015fmemi\u015fse ikinci mektupla bir tarir verir, o tarihe kadar karar\u0131 almazsan\u0131z arkas\u0131ndan cezalar gelir.’<\/p>\n

Sion \u00f6rne\u011finde oldu\u011fu gibi (36 puan\u0131 sildirdiler) e\u011fer TFF cezalar\u0131 vermezse \u00fclkeye ‘men’ tehdidi gelecek. Sonra da federasyon apar topar cezalar\u0131 vermek zorunda kalabilir. Ya da kul\u00fcplerin iste\u011fi ile Avrupa Kupalar\u0131’na hi\u00e7bir tak\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z gitmeyecek.<\/p>\n
