\u0130stanbul polisi ge\u00e7en y\u0131l T\u00fcrkiye’nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck tefecilik operasyonunu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015fti. 49 ki\u015fi g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f, ele ba\u015f\u0131 olan \u0130stanbul Balatl\u0131 Gidia Elfase, operasyondan \u00f6nce kendisine kesilen vergi cezas\u0131 nedeniyle \u0130srail’e ka\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Elfase hakk\u0131nda \u00e7ete kurmak ve tefecilik yapmak su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan iki ayr\u0131 dava a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca hakk\u0131nda k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 b\u00fclten ile arama karar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. Polisin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlemelere g\u00f6re, Elfase \u00e7etesi 2001-2005 aras\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye’deki bankalardan toplam 2.2 milyarl\u0131k \u00e7ek tahsilat\u0131 yapt\u0131. Olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksek olan bu miktar\u0131 \u00e7etenin nas\u0131l tahsil etti\u011fiyle ilgili detaylar da belirlendi. Fatih Balat n\u00fcfusuna kay\u0131tl\u0131 olan Gidia Elfase, 2001 krizine kadar ufak \u00e7apl\u0131 tefecilik yap\u0131yordu. <\/p>\n

Krizde alacaklar\u0131n\u0131 tahsil etmekte zorlan\u0131nca Halil Durmu\u015f’tan yard\u0131m istedi. Durmu\u015f, Elfase’ye borcunu \u00f6demeyen ki\u015fileri ka\u00e7\u0131rarak, tehdit ve bask\u0131yla tahsil etmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. \u0130\u015fleri b\u00fcy\u00fcten Elfase ile Durmu\u015f, 2003’te ADK Factoring’i kurdu. ‘Sakall\u0131 Edi’ olarak bilinen Gidia Elfase ve orta\u011f\u0131 Durmu\u015f, ADK Factoring i\u00e7in gazete ilan\u0131 ile tahsilat\u00e7\u0131 buldu. 51 ki\u015fiyi i\u015fe al\u0131p, getirecekleri \u00e7ek ve senet kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda prim verdi. \u015eirkete T\u00fcrkiye’nin her yerinden \u00e7ek ve senet ya\u011fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Daha sonra i\u015fsiz ki\u015fileri i\u015fe ald\u0131lar. Bu ki\u015filer ad\u0131na t\u00fcm bankalardan hesap a\u00e7t\u0131rd\u0131lar. Ayda 700 liraya sigortas\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 bu ki\u015filerin a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 hesaplar\u0131 \u00e7eklerin tahsilinde kulland\u0131lar.<\/p>\n
