Operasyonda, BDP eski K\u0131z\u0131ltepe \u0130l\u00e7e Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Gurbet Tekin, BDP&#8217;li y\u00f6neticiler Nurhan \u00d6zel, Cengiz Demirk\u0131ran, Mashar Akman, \u00c7etin Y\u00fcksel ile Belediye Meclis \u00fcyeleri Hamdullah Bulut, Be\u015fir Dal ve MEYA-DER \u015eube Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Fettah Tekin, g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Polisteki soru\u015fturmalar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan adliyeye sevk edilen \u015f\u00fcpheliler, savc\u0131l\u0131ktaki ifadelerinin ard\u0131ndan tutuklanma talebiyle n\u00f6bet\u00e7i mahkemeye sevk edildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>K\u00fcrt\u00e7e savunma iste\u011fine ret\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u015e\u00fcphelilerin savc\u0131l\u0131k ve mahkeme sorgusu s\u0131ras\u0131nda K\u0131z\u0131ltepe&#8217;nin eski BDP y\u00f6neticisi Mashar Akman, savunmas\u0131n\u0131 ana dili olan Arap\u00e7a yapmak istedi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Akman&#8217;\u0131n iste\u011fi kabul edilerek savunmas\u0131n\u0131 Arap\u00e7a yapt\u0131. K\u00fcrt\u00e7e savunma yapmak isteyen di\u011fer \u015f\u00fcphelilerin talebi ise reddedildi.
