Yeni soru\u015fturmada \u015f\u00fcpheli konumunda olacak ki\u015filer aras\u0131nda kamuoyunun yak\u0131ndan tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 isimler de yer alacak.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Radikal gazetesinden Mesut Hasan Benli&#8217;nin haberine g\u00f6re Evren ve \u015eahinkaya i\u00e7in soru\u015fturma s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrken, o d\u00f6nemdeki i\u015fkence olaylar\u0131yla ilgili olarak Cumhuriyet Savc\u0131s\u0131 Mustafa Bilgili ayr\u0131 bir soru\u015fturma s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc. Savc\u0131l\u0131k gelecek haftadan itibaren i\u015fkence su\u00e7una dair dosyalar\u0131, g\u00f6revsizlik karar\u0131 verip su\u00e7un i\u015flendi\u011fi illerin savc\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131na g\u00f6nderecek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130\u015fkence soru\u015fturmalar\u0131n\u0131n, su\u00e7un i\u015flendi\u011fi illerdeki ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131klar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla bulunduklar\u0131 yerlerde devam edece\u011fi belirtilirken, Savc\u0131 \u00c7etin de darbe d\u00f6neminin asker ve sivil y\u00f6neticileri hakk\u0131nda ayr\u0131 bir soru\u015fturma s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Soru\u015fturma, Ankara Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan 12 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019e ili\u015fkin olarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen 3. soru\u015fturma. S\u00f6z konusu soru\u015fturman\u0131n \u015f\u00fcphelileri ise darbe d\u00f6neminde g\u00f6rev yapan s\u0131k\u0131y\u00f6netim komutanlar\u0131, valiler, emniyet m\u00fcd\u00fcrleri, M\u0130T g\u00f6revlileri, askeri h\u00e2kimler, i\u015fkenceye u\u011frayanlar i\u00e7in \u2018i\u015fkence g\u00f6rmedi raporu\u2019 veren doktorlar\u0131n da aralar\u0131nda bulundu\u011fu \u00e7ok say\u0131da kamu g\u00f6revlisi olacak. Savc\u0131l\u0131k kaynaklar\u0131, darbe ve i\u015fkence su\u00e7una do\u011frudan katk\u0131s\u0131 olan kamu g\u00f6revlilerinin soru\u015fturmada \u015f\u00fcpheli olaca\u011f\u0131na vurgu yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Devrimci 78\u2019liler Federasyonu taraf\u0131ndan sunulan ve savc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n dosyas\u0131na giren 43 sayfal\u0131k dok\u00fcmanda, kamu g\u00f6revlilerinin isimleri tek tek say\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
