Silopi’nin G\u00f6r\u00fcml\u00fc Beldesi’nde bulunan Jandarma Tabur Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131’nda 1993 y\u0131l\u0131nda askerlik yapan bir ki\u015fi, Diyarbak\u0131r \u00d6zel Yetkili Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131’na ba\u015fvurarak 1993 y\u0131l\u0131nda 6 k\u00f6yl\u00fcn\u00fcn PKK’ya yard\u0131m ve yatakl\u0131k ettikleri gerek\u00e7esiyle g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131p tabura getirildi\u011fini ve ayaklar\u0131na kur\u015fun s\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra bir cipin arkas\u0131na ba\u011flan\u0131p. s\u00fcr\u00fcklenerek \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve tabur b\u00f6lgesinde bir yere g\u00f6m\u00fcld\u00fcklerini anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n

S\u00f6z konusu asker, 6 ki\u015finin g\u00f6m\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yerle ilgili de cizdi\u011fi krokiyi savc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa teslim etti.<\/p>\n

\u0130fade \u00fczerine soru\u015fturma a\u00e7an savc\u0131l\u0131k, g\u00f6rg\u00fc tan\u0131\u011f\u0131 ki\u015fi ile G\u00f6r\u00fcml\u00fc Jandarma Tabur Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131’na d\u00fcn giderek olay yerinde ke\u015fif yapt\u0131 ve 6 ki\u015finin g\u00f6m\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yer oldu\u011fu iddia edilen b\u00f6lgenin kaz\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verdi.<\/p>\n

Savc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n bu karar\u0131 \u00fczerine d\u00fcn ke\u015fif yap\u0131lan b\u00f6lgede bug\u00fcn faili me\u00e7hul kaz\u0131s\u0131 yap\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. Kaz\u0131 Silopi Cumhuriyet Savc\u0131s\u0131 deneteminde yap\u0131l\u0131rken, kaz\u0131ya olay yeri inceleme ekipleri, Adli T\u0131p Kurumu uzmanlar\u0131 ile \u015e\u0131rnak Barosu’ndan bir avukat haz\u0131r bulundu.<\/p>\n

G\u00f6r\u00fcml\u00fc Beldesi k\u0131rsal kesiminde 13 May\u0131s 1993 tarihinde \u00e7\u0131kan ve 2 askerin \u015fehit oldu\u011fu \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmadan bir g\u00fcn sonra G\u00f6r\u00fcml\u00fc’ye ba\u011fl\u0131 Derecik Mezras\u0131’ndan g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nan 6 ki\u015fiden 19 y\u0131ld\u0131r haber al\u0131nam\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n
