Hatta bazen yeterli su almayan ya\u015fl\u0131larda kandaki tuz miktar\u0131n\u0131n a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 artmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 birtak\u0131m beyinsel rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabiliyor. V\u00fccut suyunun y\u00fczde 1&#8242; ini kaybetti\u011fimizde susuzluk hissi olur; y\u00fczde 10&#8242; ununu kaybetti\u011fimizde ise bilin\u00e7 kayb\u0131 olabilir; hatta ki\u015fi hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybedebilir. Bu nedenle \u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 28 derecenin \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 havalarda, d\u0131\u015far\u0131da uzun s\u00fcre s\u0131cak ortamda kalan ki\u015filerde ve \u00f6zellikle \u00e7ocuk ve ya\u015fl\u0131larda s\u0131v\u0131 miktar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak laz\u0131m. &#8220;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Terleten giysilere dikkat!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">B\u00f6brekte sorun ya\u015fanmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00fcnde en az bir litre su i\u00e7ilmesi gerekti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken Dr. Kantarc\u0131, baz\u0131 durumlarda bu miktar\u0131n daha da artaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor:<br \/>\n&#8220;S\u0131cak yaz aylar\u0131nda su gereksinimi 2,5 litreye kadar \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Eri\u015fkin bir insan g\u00fcnde en az bir litre su t\u00fcketmeli, ki\u015finin durumuna g\u00f6re bu miktar \u00fc\u00e7 litreye kadar \u00e7\u0131kabiliyor. Spor s\u0131ras\u0131nda daha \u00e7ok s\u0131v\u0131 kayb\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in spordan sonra mutlaka s\u0131v\u0131 t\u00fcketimi artt\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle bilin\u00e7siz olarak yap\u0131lan a\u011f\u0131r sporlar sonras\u0131 ya da s\u0131ras\u0131nda yeterli miktarda su al\u0131nmazsa b\u00f6brek yetmezli\u011fine rastlan\u0131yor. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda spor yaparken kilo vermek i\u00e7in a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 terleten giysi giyenlerde de \u015fiddetli s\u0131v\u0131 kayb\u0131 yerine konmazsa b\u00f6brek yetmezli\u011fi ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fabiliyoruz.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tuz kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tlayal\u0131m, sadece proteinli diyetlerden ka\u00e7\u0131nal\u0131m<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">B\u00f6brek yetmezli\u011fi ve y\u00fcksek tansiyon durumlar\u0131nda \u00f6nce kandaki tuz miktar\u0131na bakt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Dr. Kantarc\u0131, &#8220;Bu hastalarda \u00f6nce kandaki tuz miktar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckse tuzlu s\u0131v\u0131 veriyoruz veya kan\u0131ndaki su miktar\u0131 \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckse s\u0131v\u0131 veriyoruz. Dr. G\u00fcl\u00e7in Kantarc\u0131, konuyla ilgili \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor:<br \/>\n&#8220;Baz\u0131 g\u0131dalarda tuz miktar\u0131 \u00e7ok fazlad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin dereotunda sodyum miktar\u0131 \u00e7ok y\u00fcksektir.
