Altay, Kandilli Rasathanesi&#8217;nin teknolojik olarak ne gerekiyorsa, uluslararas\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7ekte ne yap\u0131l\u0131yorsa ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.
