Operasyonda Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Belediyesi Ba\u015fkan yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Mustafa D.\u2019nin de aralar\u0131nda bulundu\u011fu 10 ki\u015fi ile belediyenin ihalelerine kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclen firma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 8 ki\u015fi g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. Zanl\u0131lar\u0131n belediyenin 2010 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erdisende yap\u0131lan ihalelerde yolsuzluk yapt\u0131klar\u0131, ihalelerin belediye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n yak\u0131nlar\u0131na verildi\u011fi \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc.
