Ne Anayasa&#8217;da ne Meclis \u0130\u00e7t\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217;nde partilerin grup toplant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 parlamento d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yapabileceklerine dair hi\u00e7bir yetki yok. Siz sadece konu\u015fur, \u00e7ay\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 i\u00e7er da\u011f\u0131l\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z.
