U\u00e7akta bulunan deneyimli \u0130kinci Pilot Olgay \u00d6zg\u00fcr&#8217;\u00fcn ise &#8216;jump seat&#8217; diye adland\u0131r\u0131lan g\u00f6zlemci koltu\u011funda bulundu\u011fu \u00f6\u011frenildi. Konu\u015fmalar\u0131, Mesul Kaptan Pilot Hasan Tahsin Ar\u0131san&#8217;\u0131n yapmas\u0131, ikinci pilot koltu\u011funda oturan hen\u00fcz e\u011fitimdeki Pilot Murat Sezer&#8217;in u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 kullanmakta oldu\u011fu ihtimalini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdi.<!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>2. pilot yedekte<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uzmanlar, hava \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n limitlerin \u00fczerinde olmas\u0131 nedeniyle mesul kaptan\u0131n, kontrol\u00fc alt\u0131nda u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n kumandas\u0131n\u0131 ini\u015f i\u00e7in hen\u00fcz e\u011fitimdeki pilot Sezer&#8217;e vermi\u015f olabilece\u011fini ileri s\u00fcrd\u00fcler. Bu t\u00fcr e\u011fitimlerde, e\u011fitimdeki ikinci pilot ancak \u015fartlar uygun oldu\u011fu takdirde ve solda \u00f6\u011fretmen kaptan pilotun oturmas\u0131 kayd\u0131yla sa\u011f koltukta u\u00e7abiliyor ve ini\u015f-kalk\u0131\u015f yapabiliyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Yarbay emeklisi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">E\u011fer u\u00e7u\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda e\u011fitimdeki pilotta bir yetersizlik g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrse, \u00f6\u011fretmen pilot onu koltu\u011fundan kald\u0131r\u0131p yerine u\u00e7aktaki k\u0131demli ikinci pilotu oturtuyor. 1967 do\u011fumlu, 42 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Murat Sezer, 1989 y\u0131l\u0131nda Hava Harp Okulu&#8217;nu bitirdi. 1990 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130zmir \u00c7i\u011fli&#8217;deki U\u00e7u\u015f Okulu&#8217;nu tamamlayan Sezer, Hava Kuvvetleri&#8217;nden ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l yarbay r\u00fctbesiyle emekli oldu. T\u00fcrk Hava Yollar\u0131 ile Hava Kuvvetleri&#8217;nin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 protokolle 12 Haziran 2008 tarihinde g\u00f6reve ba\u015flad\u0131. Sezer&#8217;in Hava Kuvvetleri&#8217;nde \u00f6nemli k\u0131sm\u0131 F-4E u\u00e7aklar\u0131 olmak \u00fczere toplam 4005 saat 35 dakika u\u00e7u\u015fu bulunuyordu. THY&#8217;ye 41 ya\u015f\u0131nda ge\u00e7en Murat Sezer, hemen Boeing 737 e\u011fimine ba\u015flad\u0131. Yer derslerini tamamlad\u0131ktan sonra sim\u00fclat\u00f6r e\u011fiminden ge\u00e7en Sezer, &#8216;line&#8217; denen hat u\u00e7u\u015flar\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131. Kurallar gere\u011fi e\u011fitimin son a\u015famas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan hat u\u00e7u\u015funda pilotlar\u0131n y\u00fcz sekt\u00f6r, yani en az 100 sefere kat\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>E\u011fitimi yar\u0131da<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Normal u\u00e7u\u015flar bir mesul kaptan pilot ve yan\u0131nda ikinci pilotla yap\u0131l\u0131rken, e\u011fitimde bir pilot kokpitte yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, mesul kaptan\u0131n \u00f6\u011fretmen olmas\u0131, ikinci pilotun da k\u0131demli &#8216;First Officer&#8217; olmas\u0131 \u015fart\u0131 aran\u0131yor. 100 sekt\u00f6rl\u00fck u\u00e7u\u015f tamamland\u0131ktan sonra, \u00f6\u011fretmen pilotun raporuna g\u00f6re kontrol pilotuyla son bir u\u00e7u\u015f ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor. Yarbayl\u0131ktan emekli Pilot Murat Sezer, hen\u00fcz e\u011fitiminin ortas\u0131ndayd\u0131 ve bu 45&#8217;inci u\u00e7u\u015fuydu. \u0130ngilizce ve Frans\u0131zca bilen, evli iki \u00e7ocuk babas\u0131 Sezer, kontrol pilotu onay\u0131 al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra 737 filosunda ikinci pilot olarak g\u00f6reve ba\u015flayacakt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>G\u00fcl, e\u015fleri arad\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Abdullah G\u00fcl, Hollanda&#8217;daki u\u00e7ak kazas\u0131nda hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden pilotlar\u0131n e\u015flerini arad\u0131.
