K\u00f6pr\u00fc sa\u011fa, sola bir miktar kayabilir&#8221; dedi. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">AA muhabirinin sorular\u0131n\u0131 yan\u0131tlayan Turhan, Tekirda\u011f-\u00c7anakkale-Bal\u0131kesir Otoyolu Projesinde proje ve fizibilite \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayacaklar\u0131n\u0131 ve bu y\u0131l ihaleye \u00e7\u0131kacaklar\u0131n\u0131 an\u0131msatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Projenin, \u00f6zellikle Ege, Akdeniz ve G\u00fcney Marmara b\u00f6lgeleri ile Kuzey Marmara ve Avrupa \u00fclkeleriyle kesintisiz karayolu ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Turhan, proje kapsam\u0131nda \u00c7anakkale Bo\u011faz\u0131\u2019na in\u015fa edilecek k\u00f6pr\u00fcye ili\u015fkin \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti: &#8220;\u00c7anakkale\u2019de in\u015fa edilecek k\u00f6pr\u00fc i\u00e7in ilk tespit etti\u011fimiz g\u00fczergah Sar\u0131\u00e7ay-Kilitbahir. Burada \u00e7evre ile ilgili, S\u0130T alanlar\u0131yla ilgili, K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Tabiat Varl\u0131klar\u0131 ile ilgili konular var. Bunlar\u0131 art\u0131k \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde netle\u015ftirece\u011fiz. K\u00f6pr\u00fc sa\u011fa, sola bir miktar kayabilir. 2&#215;3 \u015feritli k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn uzunlu\u011fu, ilk tespitlere g\u00f6re 1450 metre civar\u0131nda olacak. Tabii yerinde kayma olursa boyu da bir miktar art\u0131p azalabilir.&#8221; Projenin tahmini maliyetinin 4,5 milyar dolar oldu\u011funu kaydeden Turhan, yolun yakla\u015f\u0131k 433 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130stanbul\u2019un bat\u0131s\u0131nda, Trakya\u2019daki yerle\u015fimlerin i\u00e7 b\u00f6lgelerle ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 bu g\u00fczergah \u00fczerinden sa\u011flamay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcklerini ifade eden Turhan, bunun, k\u00f6pr\u00fclerin yo\u011fun trafi\u011fini dengeleyece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>-\u0130ZM\u0130T K\u00d6RFEZ GE\u00c7\u0130\u015e\u0130- <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Turhan, \u0130zmit K\u00f6rfez Ge\u00e7i\u015fi ve Bursa-Bal\u0131kesir-\u0130zmir Otoyolu ihalesinde mukavele tasla\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin revize i\u015flemleri i\u00e7in Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, DPT ve Hazine M\u00fcste\u015farl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerinin al\u0131nmas\u0131nda son a\u015famaya gelindi\u011fini kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Projenin \u00f6z\u00fcne, s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin ruhuna dokunulmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulayan Turhan, bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ihaleyi kazanan konsorsiyumla ortakla\u015fa y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirtti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin YPK taraf\u0131ndan onaylanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan konsorsiyuma yer teslimi yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Turhan, &#8220;M\u00fcteahhidimiz proje ile ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. \u00d6zellikle K\u00f6rfez K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn in\u015fa edilece\u011fi mevkideki derin deniz sondaj \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve proje yap\u0131m\u0131na esas arazi jeoteknik ve jeolojik raporlar\u0131 g\u00fcncelle\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca finansman temini \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 da devam ettiriyor. Gayri resmi olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ba\u015flad\u0131&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-\u00dc\u00c7\u00dcNC\u00dc K\u00d6PR\u00dc- <\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Turhan, \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131\u2019na in\u015fa edilmesi planlanan \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn ge\u00e7ece\u011fi yerin co\u011frafi yap\u0131s\u0131, tarihi ve do\u011fal de\u011ferler dikkate al\u0131narak, \u00e7evre ile uyumlu ve mevcut sistemlerle entegre olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc k\u00f6pr\u00fc i\u00e7in \u00fczerinde durulan g\u00fczergahlar\u0131n &#8220;Beykoz-Tarabya&#8221; ve &#8220;Sar\u0131yer-Yu\u015fa Tepesi&#8221; oldu\u011funu belirten Turhan, \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Meclisinin karar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda bu g\u00fczergahlardan birinin imar planlar\u0131na i\u015flenece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te Karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olarak projeyi, Yap-\u0130\u015flet-Devret y\u00f6ntemiyle ihale edebilmek i\u00e7in Devlet Planlama Te\u015fkilat\u0131\u2019ndan (DPT) yetki istediklerini anlatan Turhan, talep \u00fczerine DPT\u2019ye projenin mali fizibilitesine ili\u015fkin ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bilgi sunduklar\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Turhan, &#8220;Proje, maliyeti gelirini kar\u015f\u0131lama oran\u0131 y\u00fcksek bir projedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">K\u0131sa s\u00fcrede kendi yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyetini kar\u015f\u0131layabilecek bir trafik hacmine sahip bir projedir.
