Y\u0131l\u0131n ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131na girerken, sekt\u00f6r konut kredisi faizlerinde gerekli revizyonu yapm\u0131\u015f durumda. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki s\u00fcre\u00e7te Merkez Bankas\u0131n\u0131n likiditeyi azaltan farkl\u0131 aksiyonlar\u0131 olursa kredi faizleri daha da yukar\u0131 gidebilir\u201d yorumunu yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u201cENFLASYONDAK\u0130 ARTI\u015e VE EK TEDB\u0130RLERLE FA\u0130ZLER ARTMAYA DEVAM EDECEK\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Garanti Mortgage Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Cemal Onaran da Merkez Bankas\u0131n\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 tedbirlerin etkilerinin hen\u00fcz tutsat piyasas\u0131na yans\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131na, bankalar\u0131n pek \u00e7o\u011funun bu noktada cazip faiz oranlar\u0131 sunmaya devam etti\u011fine dikkati \u00e7ekti.
