Devlet Denetleme Kurulu (DDK) raporunda hatas\u0131, ihmali, kusuru ve kast\u0131 olan ki\u015fi, kurum ve kurulu\u015flar hakk\u0131nda su\u00e7 duyurusunda bulunan ailenin talebini de dikkate alan Kahramanmara\u015f Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, dosyan\u0131n muhteviyat\u0131n\u0131n incelenmesi i\u00e7in Malatya \u00d6zel Yetkili Cumhuriyet Savc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;na g\u00f6nderdi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yaz\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu ile 5 ki\u015finin ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirdi\u011fi kazayla ilgili soru\u015fturma Malatya \u00d6zel Yetkili Cumhuriyet Savc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek.
