Her g\u00fcn gazetelerde dinlenen yarg\u0131 mensuplar\u0131 ve devlet g\u00f6revlilerinin ses kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Soysal, &#8220;\u00dclkemizde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir insan haklar\u0131 ihlali ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aralar\u0131nda CHP Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Kemal K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu, MHP Grup Ba\u015fkanvekili Oktay Vural, AK Parti y\u00f6neticileri, polisler, yarg\u0131\u00e7lar, gazeteciler ve parti y\u00f6neticilerinin bulundu\u011fu 3 bin ki\u015finin yasa d\u0131\u015f\u0131 yollarla dinlendi\u011fi ve teknik takibe al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 iddias\u0131nda bulunan Soysal, dinlenen ki\u015filerle ilgili kendisine &#8220;bilgi ve duyumlar&#8221; geldi\u011fini, ayr\u0131ca bir liste g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu t\u00fcr yasa d\u0131\u015f\u0131 dinleme ve teknik takiplerle T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin \u00f6nemli insanlar\u0131n\u0131n &#8220;kontrol alt\u0131na&#8221; al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131n ama\u00e7land\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ileri s\u00fcren Soysal, Kanada ve \u0130srail&#8217;den 17 mobil dinleme arac\u0131 ithal edildi\u011fini de \u00f6ne s\u00fcrd\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Mobil dinleme cihazlar\u0131n\u0131n Emniyet Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc envanterlerinde yer almad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131&#8221; belirten Soysal, bu t\u00fcr dinlemeleri &#8220;emniyet i\u00e7inde yer alan bir organizasyonun&#8221; yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia etti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c7etin Soysal, gazetecilerin sorular\u0131n\u0131 yan\u0131tlarken de se\u00e7im s\u00fcrecinde pek \u00e7ok insan\u0131n \u00f6zel hayat\u0131na ili\u015fkin bilgilerin medyaya yer alabilece\u011fini ifade ederek, &#8220;Bug\u00fcn 16 \u015fubat 2011&#8230; Bu tarihi unutmay\u0131n.
