Bir yalanlama da Ankara Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;ndan geldi.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ANKARA- Y\u00d6K Bas\u0131n ve Halkla \u0130li\u015fkiler M\u00fc\u015favirli\u011fi&#8217;nden yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, bug\u00fcn bir gazetede &#8221;Ba\u015fkente &#8216;el koy&#8217; Talebi&#8221; ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir haber yay\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 hat\u0131rlat\u0131larak, \u015funlar kaydedildi:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8221;S\u00f6z konusu haberde Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim Kurulu ile ilgili ger\u00e7e\u011fi yans\u0131tmayan baz\u0131 ifadeler yer almaktad\u0131r. Ba\u015fkent \u00dcniversitesi ile ilgili Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131za ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f herhangi bir yaz\u0131, bilgi ve belge bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Konunun \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki Genel Kurul&#8217;a ta\u015f\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 da do\u011fru de\u011fildir. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde ilgili mevzuat kapsam\u0131nda Ba\u015fkent \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;nin hamisi Hacettepe \u00dcniversitesi de\u011fil, Gazi \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;dir.
