Meclis alt komisyonuna sunulan tasar\u0131 yasala\u015f\u0131rsa, Anayasa Mahkemesi Ba\u015fkan ve \u00fcyeleri milletvekillerinden daha \u00e7ok ayl\u0131k alacak. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meclis&#8217;te alt komisyona sunulan maa\u015f \u00e7izelgesine g\u00f6re, Anayasa Mahkemesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 7 bin 64 liral\u0131k ayl\u0131k maa\u015f, tasar\u0131 yasala\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra 9 bin 542 TLl&#8217;ye y\u00fckselecek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ba\u015fkan, tasar\u0131ya g\u00f6re, y\u00fcksek yarg\u0131da tart\u0131\u015fma konusu olan &#8220;bireysel ba\u015fvuru \u00f6dene\u011fi&#8221; ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda ayl\u0131k 2 bin 500 lira, performans \u00f6demesinden ise 318 lira alacak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">B\u00f6ylece Ba\u015fkan&#8217;\u0131n maa\u015f\u0131 12 bin 360 liraya \u00e7\u0131kacak ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 11 bin 500 lira maa\u015f\u0131 olan Ba\u015fbakan ve Bakanlar ile 10 bin 900 lira maa\u015f\u0131 olan milletvekilerini geride b\u0131rakacak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00dccret tablosuna g\u00f6re, Anayasa Mahkemesi Ba\u015fkanvekili 11 bin 583, Anayasa Mahkemesi \u00fcyeleri de 11 bin 370 lira maa\u015f alacak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">G\u00f6rev s\u00fcresi dolan \u00fcye, emeklilik i\u00e7in gerekli olan ya\u015f ve s\u00fcre gibi \u015fartlar\u0131 doldurmam\u0131\u015fsa, emeklilik s\u00fcresine ula\u015f\u0131ncaya kadar, maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7te ikisini almaya devam edecek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnnturk.com\/2011\/turkiye\/02\/05\/anayasa.mahkemesine.yuzde.100.zam\/605837.0\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #888888;\">CNN T\u00dcRK<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Anayasa Mahkemesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n ayl\u0131k geliri 7 bin liradan 12 bin 500 liraya y\u00fckseltiliyor.
