g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnde oldu\u011funu bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yarg\u0131tay&#8217;\u0131n yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi ve yeni daireler kurulmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin kanun tasar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmek \u00fczere toplanan Yarg\u0131tay Ba\u015fkanlar Kurulu toplant\u0131s\u0131 sona erdi. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al\u0131nan bilgiye g\u00f6re, Kurul&#8217;da tasar\u0131yla ilgili Yarg\u0131tay&#8217;\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn, yar\u0131n TBMM&#8217;deki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler s\u0131ras\u0131nda iletilmesi benimsendi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Buna g\u00f6re, b\u00f6lge adliye mahkemelerinin Haziran ay\u0131nda faaliyete ge\u00e7irilece\u011finin Adalet Bakan\u0131 Sadullah Ergin taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilerek, &#8221;B\u00f6lge adliye mahkemeleri faaliyete ge\u00e7irilecekse yeni daireler kurulmas\u0131na gerek olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8221; g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc yar\u0131nki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler s\u0131ras\u0131nda dile getirilecek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">TBMM&#8217;deki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelere gidecek olan Yarg\u0131tay \u00fcyeleri ayr\u0131ca, &#8221;B\u00f6lge adliye mahkemelerinin faaliyete ge\u00e7mesi nedeniyle Yarg\u0131tay&#8217;a yeni dosya gelmeyece\u011fi i\u00e7in dairelerin ellerindeki mevcut i\u015flerin bir sene i\u00e7erisinde bitirebilece\u011fi&#8221;
