Tapu ve Kadastro Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 Nihat \u015eahin ve \u015einasi Bayraktar&#8217;\u0131n Ekim ay\u0131 sonunda g\u00f6revden al\u0131narak Bakanl\u0131k m\u00fc\u015favirli\u011fine atanmalar\u0131 ve g\u00f6reve, Tapu ve Kadastro \u0130stanbul B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 G\u00f6khan Kanal&#8217;\u0131n getirilmesi s\u00fcrecinde Adl\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne ba\u015fvurulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, kararnamesi bug\u00fcn yay\u0131mlanan di\u011fer genel m\u00fcd\u00fcr yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 \u00d6mer Ali Anbar&#8217;\u0131n da bilgisi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda m\u00fc\u015favirli\u011fe al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Edinilen bilgiye g\u00f6re Adl\u0131, ba\u015fta atamalar olmak \u00fczere i\u015fleyi\u015fle ilgili s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi ve ayr\u0131lmak istedi\u011fini bildirdi.Tapu ve Kadastro Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Te\u015fkilat ve G\u00f6revleri Hakk\u0131nda Kanun&#8217;un ge\u00e7ici maddesinde, kanunun y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011fi 10 Aral\u0131k 2010 tarihinde g\u00f6revde bulunan Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr, Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131, Daire Ba\u015fkan\u0131, Tefti\u015f Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131, I. Hukuk M\u00fc\u015faviri ile B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc kadrolar\u0131nda bulunanlardan uygun g\u00f6r\u00fclenlerin g\u00f6revlerine devam edece\u011fi, devam\u0131 uygun g\u00f6r\u00fclmeyenler ile kadro unvan\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131lan veya de\u011fi\u015ftirilenlerin yasada yer alan ilgili m\u00fc\u015favirlik kadrolar\u0131na 1 ay i\u00e7inde atanaca\u011f\u0131 belirtiliyor.
