T\u00fcrkiye Kom\u00fcnist Partisi g\u00f6revlileri taraf\u0131ndan tespit edilen usuls\u00fczl\u00fckle ilgili ve m\u00fckerrer oy kullan\u0131m\u0131na dair Partimiz yasal ba\u015fvurularda bulunmu\u015f, 13 Eyl\u00fcl Pazartesi itibariyle bu usuls\u00fczl\u00fcklerin sorumlular\u0131ndan hesap sorulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in su\u00e7 duyurusunda bulunacakt\u0131r. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tespit etti\u011fimiz usuls\u00fczl\u00fcklerin ba\u015f\u0131nda organize bir \u015fekilde, g\u00f6revli polislerin birden \u00e7ok se\u00e7im sand\u0131\u011f\u0131nda oy kullanmas\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. Neredeyse \u0130stanbul\u2019un b\u00fct\u00fcn il\u00e7elerinde kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu tablo se\u00e7ime b\u00fcy\u00fck bir g\u00f6lge d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Tarafs\u0131z kalmas\u0131 gereken ve g\u00f6revi g\u00fcvenli\u011fi sa\u011flamak olan polis te\u015fkilat\u0131n\u0131n organize bir \u015fekilde birden fazla sand\u0131kta \u201cg\u00f6revli ka\u011f\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131\u201d g\u00f6stererek oy kullanmalar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir skandald\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye Kom\u00fcnist Partisi\u2019nin g\u00f6revlendirdi\u011fi Sand\u0131k M\u00fc\u015fahitleri taraf\u0131ndan tespit edilen durum bu usuls\u00fczl\u00fckler ilgili sand\u0131k kurullar\u0131na ve il\u00e7e se\u00e7im kurullar\u0131na bildirilmi\u015ftir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda partimiz bu duruma dair yar\u0131n savc\u0131l\u0131klara su\u00e7 duyurusunda bulunacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130stanbul\u2019un b\u00fct\u00fcn il\u00e7elerinde polis te\u015fkilat\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan organize bir bi\u00e7imde \u201cg\u00f6revli numaras\u0131yla\u201d ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen skandala dair olarak Parti g\u00f6zlemcilerimiz taraf\u0131ndan ispat  edilebilen iki somut olay\u0131n ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00dcsk\u00fcdar \u0130l\u00e7esi <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00dcsk\u00fcdar il\u00e7esinde <strong>bir minib\u00fcs dolusu <\/strong>polis memurunun ellerindeki g\u00f6rev k\u00e2\u011f\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak oy kullanmak istedikleri g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bu polisler ayn\u0131 ara\u00e7la ba\u015fka okullarda da oy kullanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 tespit edildi. Bunun \u00fczerine ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapan partimiz bu polis memurlar\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekte oy kullanmalar\u0131 gereken sand\u0131klarda da oy kulland\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 tespit etti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Polis memuru <strong>Erdem Aldemir<\/strong>, g\u00f6rev belgesi ile <strong>\u00dcsk\u00fcdar Nusret Fuat \u0130lk\u00f6\u011fretim Okulu<\/strong> 2125 no&#8217;lu sand\u0131kta oy kullanm\u0131\u015f iken; TC kimlik numaras\u0131 ile kay\u0131tl\u0131 oldu\u011fu Kad\u0131k\u00f6y \u0130hsan Sungu \u0130lk\u00f6\u011fretim Okulunda 1315 no\u2019lu sand\u0131kta 202 s\u0131ra numaras\u0131 ile oy kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Polis memuru<strong> Zeki Buldur<\/strong>, g\u00f6rev belgesi ile <strong>\u00dcsk\u00fcdar Nusret Fuat \u0130lk\u00f6\u011fretim Okulu<\/strong> 2125 no\u2019lu sand\u0131kta oy kullanm\u0131\u015f iken; TC kimlik numaras\u0131 ile kay\u0131tl\u0131 oldu\u011fu Pendik Lisesi 2156 no\u2019lu sand\u0131kta oy kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ayr\u0131ca; <strong>34 A 63612 <\/strong>plakal\u0131 polis minib\u00fcs\u00fc <strong>\u00dcsk\u00fcdar Ahmet Kele\u015fo\u011flu \u0130.\u00d6.O<\/strong>\u2019na gelerek grup halinde oy kulland\u0131. Daha sonra <strong>\u00dcsk\u00fcdar Lions \u0130.\u00d6.O<\/strong>\u2019nda tekrar oy kullanmak isteyen ekip hakk\u0131nda tutanak tutuldu. Polis ekibinin buradan K\u0131s\u0131kl\u0131 Karakoluna geri d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Beyo\u011flu \u0130l\u00e7esi <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Beyo\u011flu il\u00e7esinde <strong>42 polis memuru sahte belgelerle oy kulland\u0131<\/strong>: 1188 no\u2019lu sand\u0131kta polis memurlar\u0131 <strong>31 oy<\/strong> kullan\u0131rken 1189 no\u2019lu sand\u0131kta ise <strong>9 sahte oy<\/strong> kullan\u0131ld\u0131.
