S\u00f6ze Mutlu girdi, k\u0131sa s\u00fcren konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan mavi dosyay\u0131 Ba\u015fbakan&#8217;a verdi. Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc \u00c7apk\u0131n ise eliyle birka\u00e7 kez dosyay\u0131 i\u015faret ederek Ba\u015fbakan&#8217;a bilgi verdi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Erdo\u011fan; Mutlu ve \u00c7apk\u0131n&#8217;\u0131n yan\u0131ndan ayr\u0131l\u0131p arac\u0131na y\u00f6nelirken \u00d6zel Kalem M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 \u00c7a\u011fatay k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 dosyay\u0131 Ba\u015fbakan&#8217;dan almak istedi ancak Erdo\u011fan vermedi.
