\n\u0130stanbul’da CHP’nin ev sahipli\u011finde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen Sosyalist Enternasyonal Konsey toplant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n son g\u00fcn\u00fcnde “Ekrem \u0130mamo\u011flu\u2019nun Haks\u0131z ve Hukuksuz Bi\u00e7imde Tutuklanmas\u0131na \u0130li\u015fkin Karar” oy birli\u011fiyle kabul edildi. Kararda “Sosyalist Enternasyonal Konseyi, Ekrem \u0130mamo\u011flu’nun derhal serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 ve g\u00f6revine iade edilmesine d\u00f6n\u00fck en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u015fekilde \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 yapmaktad\u0131r” denildi.<\/p>\n

“Sosyalist Enternasyonal, Ekrem \u0130mamo\u011flu’nun hukuksuz tutuklanmas\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131nad\u0131” ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yay\u0131nlanan karar metninde \u015fu ifadeler kullan\u0131ld\u0131:<\/p>\n

“Bu siyasi saiklerle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ve hukuki temelden yoksun olan tutuklama, demokratik kurumlar\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 oymay\u0131 ve \u00f6nde gelen bir muhalefet liderini susturmay\u0131 ama\u00e7layan a\u00e7\u0131k bir giri\u015fimdir.<\/p>\n

“Bu tutuklama, halk\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcr iradesine kar\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ciddi bir antidemokratik m\u00fcdahaledir. Halk, hem \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 olarak hem de cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 aday\u0131 olarak \u0130mamo\u011flu\u2019na g\u00fcvenini a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcm bu geli\u015fmeler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, Sosyalist Enternasyonal Konseyi, Ekrem \u0130mamo\u011flu\u2019nun derhal serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve g\u00f6revine iade edilmesini g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde talep etmektedir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de demokrasiyi, adaleti ve hukuk devletini savunanlarla tam dayan\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7indeyiz.”<\/p>\n
