Habere konu olan s\u00f6z konusu yaz\u0131 ile daha \u00f6nceki tarihlerde yaz\u0131lan yaz\u0131lar\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011finde \u2019\u0130smail A\u011fa\u2019cemaatinin soru\u015fturma dosyas\u0131yla uzaktan ve yak\u0131ndan ilgisi bulunmamaktad\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu yaz\u0131, etkin soru\u015fturma yapabilmek i\u00e7in CMK\u2019n\u0131n 250 ve 251. maddeler hat\u0131rlat\u0131larak, \u00d6zel Yetkili Erzurum Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z g\u00f6rev alan\u0131na giren su\u00e7larla ilgili soru\u015fturmalarda hangi hususlara dikkat edilmesiyle ilgili bilgi ama\u00e7l\u0131 yaz\u0131lan yaz\u0131lard\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CEMAATE 16 \u0130LDE OPERASYON YAPILACAKTI <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cumhuriyet gazetesinin haberine g\u00f6re \u0130smaila\u011fa cemaatine 16 ilde operasyon d\u00fczenlenecekti.
