Asl\u0131nda bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te iki temel dinami\u011fe dikkat etmek gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Birincisi, Kemalizm\u2019in 1990 sonras\u0131nda, \u00f6nceki d\u00f6nemlerin tersine topluma y\u00f6nelik yap\u0131lanmaya do\u011fru gitmesi, yani devletten kopmasa bile \u00f6zerkle\u015fme s\u00fcrecine girmesidir. Kemalist kesim, ulusalc\u0131 duru\u015funu bir taraftan korurken, di\u011fer taraftan da Atat\u00fcrk sembol\u00fc \u00fczerinde serbest piyasada Cumhuriyetin kurulu\u015f g\u00fcnlerine \u00f6yk\u00fcnmesi, Post-Kemalist s\u00fcrecin dinamiklerini ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. Ayn\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u00e7e\u015fitli sivil toplum \u00f6rg\u00fctleri de e\u011fitim alan\u0131nda yayg\u0131nl\u0131k g\u00f6stermeye ba\u015flad\u0131.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130kincisi ise, \u0130slami kesimde \u00f6zel olarak G\u00fclen cemaatinin e\u015f zamanl\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7te Post-\u0130slam\u2019\u0131n temel dinamiklerinden biri haline gelmeye ba\u015flamas\u0131yd\u0131. Post-\u0130slam\u2019a anlam\u0131n\u0131 veren esas y\u00f6n\u00fc ise, cemaatin son zamanlarda, \u00f6zellikle de kendisini sivil toplum hareketi \u015feklinde sunma \u00e7abas\u0131 ile kendine has etik de\u011ferleri (ekonomik ve sosyal alanda) post-modernle\u015fmenin sundu\u011fu imkanlarla yo\u011furarak neo-dinsel kolektif kimlik in\u015fas\u0131nda aramak gerekir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>YE\u015e\u0130L KU\u015eAK PROJES\u0130 VE CEMAAT <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6ncelikle cemaatin y\u00fckselmesinde etkili olan nesnel fakt\u00f6rleri g\u00f6rmekte fayda var. Bunlardan birincisi ABD\u2019nin Sovyetler Birli\u011fi zaman\u0131nda Orta Asya\u2019ya kadar uzanan ve kom\u00fcnizme kar\u015f\u0131 \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 alternatif g\u00f6steren Ye\u015fil Ku\u015fak Projesi\u2019dir. Bunun T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki aya\u011f\u0131, 12 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019den sonra dini toplumun her alan\u0131na yayan bir devlet politikas\u0131 oldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Di\u011fer \u0130slami hareketler gibi G\u00fclen cemaati de bundan olduk\u00e7a nasiplendi ve Nak\u015fibendilikten, Said-i Nursi ve Mevlana gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00f6\u011fretileri sentezleyip siyasal g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc ikinci plana iten esas\u0131nda insani de\u011ferler ve rasyonelle\u015fme \u00fczerinden \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen bir a\u011f olu\u015fturmaya ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Neo-liberal politikalar\u0131n sosyal devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 t\u00f6rp\u00fcleyen y\u00f6nleri, k\u0131rdan kente g\u00f6\u00e7 eden kitleleri devlet odakl\u0131 formel dayan\u0131\u015fma mekanizmalar\u0131ndan mahrum b\u0131rakt\u0131 ve cemaat gibi aktif dayan\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 sa\u011flayan mekanizmalar\u0131n egemenli\u011fine terk etti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yeni kapitalist d\u00fcnyadaki temel e\u015fitsizliklerin derinle\u015fmesinin tersine sosyal devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n gerilemesi ve bunun sonucunda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bo\u015flu\u011fu en iyi \u015fekilde cemaat doldurmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cemaatin bug\u00fcn devlet i\u00e7inde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinin gere\u011fini ise onun i\u00e7sel \u00f6zelli\u011finde aramak gerekir. Elisabeth \u00d6zdalga, \u0130slamc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye Seyri (\u0130leti\u015fim,2006) adl\u0131 eserinde, modernle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinde, geni\u015fleyen b\u00fcrokrasi ve di\u011fer fakt\u00f6rlerin de etkisi ile dinin heterodoksi (sufilik, \u015feyhlik vb gibi daha yak\u0131n ve duygusal ba\u011flar) yap\u0131dan Ortodoks g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerin h\u00e2kim oldu\u011fu bir anlay\u0131\u015fa do\u011fru kayd\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde hakl\u0131 bir yorumda bulunur. B\u00f6ylece \u015fehirde ekonomi-politik a\u00e7\u0131dan din \u00e7e\u015fitli sosyal s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n ve stat\u00fc gruplar\u0131n\u0131n etkisi ile daha kararl\u0131 bir hal alm\u0131\u015f olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te birinci rol\u00fc devlet uygulamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f olsa da cemaatlerin etkisi de \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr ve hatta artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8220;EYLEMC\u0130 D\u0130NDARLIK&#8221; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nur Vergin\u2019in Ere\u011fli\u2019de yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmada (1973) sanayi tesislerinin kurulmas\u0131 ile birlikte sosyal de\u011fi\u015fimde k\u00f6yl\u00fclerin gelenekselci y\u00f6nleri ile modern davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 bir araya getiren Nak\u015fibendi tarikat\u0131na kat\u0131lmalar\u0131 ile sonu\u00e7land\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Yine I\u015f\u0131k ve P\u0131narc\u0131o\u011flu\u2019nun Sultanbeyli\u2019nin kurulu\u015f s\u00fcrecini betimledikleri N\u00f6betle\u015fe Yoksulluk (2002) adl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda da, gecekondula\u015fma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde etkili olan patronaj ili\u015fkilerde kim \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmi\u015fse onun ideolojik-dinsel egemenli\u011finin h\u00fck\u00fcm s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla devlet, sosyal devlet olma sorumlulu\u011funu nas\u0131l cemaatlere b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015fsa, kentle\u015fme s\u00fcrecini de piyasaya b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in benzer sosyal yap\u0131la\u015fman\u0131n farkl\u0131 alanlarda tezah\u00fcr etmesine de neden olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6zdalga, ayn\u0131 eserinde cemaati farkl\u0131 k\u0131lan \u00fc\u00e7 y\u00f6n\u00fcne dikkati \u00e7eker.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bunlardan birincisi, e\u011fitimin \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130kincisi Max Weber\u2019in \u201csiyasi \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeden kurtulu\u015f\u201d olarak adland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 cemaat\u00e7i dinin etkileri ile ilgilidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc ise T\u00fcrkiye toplumunun demokratikle\u015ftirilmesi ile orant\u0131l\u0131 olarak \u015fiddet kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 ve \u00e7ilecili\u011fe dayal\u0131 bir ideoloji geli\u015ftirmi\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bundan dolay\u0131 da Protestanl\u0131k gibi \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n misyonerli\u011fini kendine g\u00f6rev bilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6zdalga\u2019n\u0131n \u201ceylemci dindarl\u0131k\u201d olarak tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 G\u00fclen\u2019in ise \u201caksiyon insan\u0131\u201d dedi\u011fi, siyasi olmayan, ki\u015finin g\u00fcndelik ve mesleki hayat\u0131nda en iyisini ba\u015farmakla g\u00f6revlendiren, s\u00fcrekli i\u015f halinde olmas\u0131n\u0131 savunan ve bunu da hizmet ve hay\u0131rseverlik duygusunun motivasyonu ile sa\u011flayan ama ayn\u0131 zamanda kontrol edilen eylemsellik bu misyonerli\u011fin itici g\u00fcc\u00fc niteli\u011findedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>AKS\u0130YON NED\u0130R, ZAMAN NED\u0130R <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cemaatin nas\u0131l bir kolektif bilince sahip oldu\u011funu kendi yay\u0131n organlar\u0131n\u0131n sembolik anlam\u0131nda dahi yakalanabilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Her biri bir \u201cpuzzle\u201d\u0131n par\u00e7alar\u0131 gibi i\u015flev g\u00f6r\u00fcrken bir araya getirildiklerinde ise kolektif bilin\u00e7 ve kimli\u011fin b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc yans\u0131t\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cAksiyon\u201d isminin gerek\u00e7esini zaten yukar\u0131daki ifadelerden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cZaman\u201d ise, toplumda \u00e7ok yayg\u0131n olarak bilinen ve olumlu anlamlar y\u00fcklenilen ata s\u00f6zleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ve cemaatin \u201ceylem insan\u0131\u201dn\u0131n sebatkar, kararl\u0131 tutumunun zamanla m\u00fckafatland\u0131rmay\u0131 da i\u00e7eren anlam\u0131 dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda arka plandaki imge anla\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cemaatin \u201caksiyon insan\u0131\u201dn\u0131n e\u011fitimden ticarete, siyasetten sosyal alan\u0131n her boyutuna kadar bir \u201cS\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131\u201dy\u0131 bu minval i\u00e7inde ta\u015f\u0131yor olu\u015fu da b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn ba\u015fka bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00c7YDD&#8217;DEN NEDEN RAHATSIZLAR <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cemaatin siyasi olmayan \u201ctoplumsal eylemselli\u011fi\u201d daha \u00e7ok e\u011fitim ve ticaret alanlar\u0131ndaki faaliyetlerinde g\u00f6rmekteyiz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bilimi bir \u00e7e\u015fit ibadet dili olarak g\u00f6ren cemaat, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n geleneksel iman \u00f6zelli\u011fine uygun davran\u0131\u015flardan \u00e7ok iman-\u00f6tesi (ki bu ki\u015fin toplumda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 iyi i\u015fler dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00f6rnek bir \u201ctemsil\u201d birey olmas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erir) fikirlere g\u00f6re hareket eder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cemaat taban\u0131n\u0131n talep edece\u011fi militan eylemselli\u011fi, Allah ad\u0131na hay\u0131r i\u015fleri yapmak ile bu d\u00fcnyan\u0131n militanca reddi ve yeni bir sosyal d\u00fczenin kurulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131 bir politika olu\u015fturma \u00e7abas\u0131 ile dengelemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Okul i\u00e7i\/d\u0131\u015f\u0131 t\u00fcm davran\u0131\u015flar bu y\u00f6nde birer \u00f6rnek olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi i\u00e7in devletin formel e\u011fitim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na da alternatiftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bunun bir nedenini \u015eerif Mardin\u2019in bir metafor olarak belirtti\u011fi, \u201c\u00f6\u011fretmen\u201din tarihsel olarak \u201cimam\u201d kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki yenilgisinin gerek\u00e7esi olan \u201ciyi\u201d, \u201cg\u00fczel\u201d ve \u201cdo\u011fru\u201d hakk\u0131nda \u0130slami kesimin ve \u00f6zel olarak da cemaatin her a\u00e7\u0131dan sosyalle\u015fme s\u00fcresince cevap olabilmesinde aramak gerekir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cemaatin dinsel hayatla sosyal ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131n\u0131 birle\u015ftiren etik de\u011ferler ortaya koymas\u0131 bu a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00f6nemlidir. Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6\u011frencilerin kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 yurtlardaki sosyalle\u015fme s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ve I\u015f\u0131k Evleri gibi mek\u00e2nlar bu kimli\u011fin b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirici faaliyetleridir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Buna kar\u015f\u0131n \u00c7YDD\u2019nin de burs verdi\u011fi \u00f6\u011frenciler ile her hafta sonu \u00e7e\u015fitli etkinlikler d\u00fczenleyerek kendi anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde bir sosyalle\u015fme a\u011f\u0131 sunmas\u0131, bu a\u00e7\u0131dan cemaati ciddi anlamda rahats\u0131z etmesi son derece anlaml\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>D\u00d6RT YANDA M\u00dcCADELE <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130lk d\u00f6nemlerde Kemalistlerle olan m\u00fccadele, siyasi alandan \u00e7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve kamusal alanla ilgiliydi. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ise siyasi, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, kamusal ve ekonomik alanlarda da \u00e7etin m\u00fccadelenin ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Kendi felsefesine uygun olarak a\u00e7\u0131k siyaset yapmak yerine toplumda olu\u015fturdu\u011fu a\u011f ili\u015fkileri ile g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc kullanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan cemaat, kamusal alan\u0131n \u015fekillendirilmesinde sessiz ama \u00f6nemli bir g\u00fc\u00e7 olarak varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hissettiriyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yeti\u015ftirmi\u015f oldu\u011fu kadrolar\u0131n b\u00fcrokraside y\u00fckselmesi, Emniyet gibi kritik yerlerde yayg\u0131nl\u0131k kazanmas\u0131, AKP\u2019nin h\u00fck\u00fcmetten iktidara do\u011fru kaymas\u0131na paralel olarak, cemaatin de devletle\u015fme y\u00f6nelimi i\u00e7inde oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan derin devletin de bir de\u011fi\u015fim sanc\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7ekti\u011fi biliniyor. \u00d6rnek olarak, toplumsal eylemlerde sark\u0131k b\u0131y\u0131kl\u0131 polisler yerini badem b\u0131y\u0131kl\u0131 polislerin almas\u0131 verilebilir!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ku\u015fatan evrensel sevgi, dindarl\u0131k, al\u00e7akg\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck, \u00f6zele\u015ftiri, siyasi olmayan toplumsal eylemcilik ve profesyonellik (e\u011fitim) gibi ortak de\u011ferlerin akt\u00f6r\u00fc olarak g\u00f6ren cemaat yanda\u015flar\u0131 asl\u0131nda insani de\u011ferlerin insani bir sorumlulukla de\u011fil, cemaat sayesinde fark\u0131na var\u0131lan bir tutum oldu\u011fu izlenimi ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmaktad\u0131rlar ki o derece cemaatle bu de\u011ferler \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015ftirilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu ortak de\u011ferler cemaatin ama\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda ama\u00e7 olarak de\u011fil, ara\u00e7 olarak kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Toplumun cemaatin e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131n\u0131 kaliteli, cemaati de bu a\u00e7\u0131dan ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc bulma y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki yan\u0131lg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda ise ortak de\u011ferlerin ama\u00e7 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi yatmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cemaat b\u00f6ylelikle her kutupla\u015fma ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fman\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc olacak toplumsal bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n kendi egemenli\u011fi alt\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini beslemektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>LA\u0130KL\u0130K YANILGISI <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00dczerinde durulmas\u0131 gereken \u00f6nemli bir nokta da G\u00fclen okullar\u0131n\u0131n laikle\u015fme e\u011filimi g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi yolundaki yan\u0131lg\u0131d\u0131r. Oysa laiklik e\u011fitimin verili\u015f \u015fekli ile de\u011fil, yeti\u015ftirmi\u015f oldu\u011fu bireylerin toplumdaki davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ile ilgilidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Laik e\u011fitimin verilmesi formel e\u011fitim d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda laik davran\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonucunu \u00e7\u0131karmaz.
