Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019ndan yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, kamu personelinin maa\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n hesab\u0131na esas tutulan katsay\u0131lar\u0131n 2009 y\u0131l\u0131 Merkezi Y\u00f6netim B\u00fct\u00e7e Kanunu ile yeniden belirlendi\u011fi hat\u0131rlat\u0131ld\u0131. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1.8 M\u0130LYON K\u0130\u015e\u0130YE \u00d6DEME <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, Emekli Sand\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kanunu h\u00fck\u00fcmlerince emekli, adi malull\u00fck, vazife malull\u00fc\u011f\u00fc dul veya yetim ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alanlar\u0131n ayl\u0131klar\u0131nda 1 Temmuz 2009\u2019dan ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere olu\u015fan fark tutarlar\u0131n\u0131n yar\u0131ndan itibaren \u00f6denece\u011fi belirtildi. Bu durumdaki 1 milyon 816 bin 961 ki\u015finin fark tutarlar\u0131n\u0131n ayl\u0131k almakta olduklar\u0131 banka ve PTT \u015fubelerine g\u00f6nderilece\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00e7\u0131klamada, ayl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7er ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemler halinde alanlardan, 1. grupta ayl\u0131k alanlara temmuz ay\u0131 olmak \u00fczere 1 ayl\u0131k, 2. grupta ayl\u0131k alanlara temmuz ve a\u011fustos ay\u0131 olmak \u00fczere 2 ayl\u0131k, 3. grupta ayl\u0131k alanlara temmuz, a\u011fustos ve eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131 olmak \u00fczere 3 ayl\u0131k tutar\u0131nda ayl\u0131k fark\u0131 tahakkuk ettirilece\u011fi bildirildi.
