Bu d\u00fczenleme ile birlikte imam hatip liseleri ile meslek liselerinin \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y\u00d6K, 2010 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren uygulamaya konulacak iki a\u015famal\u0131 \u00fcniversiteye giri\u015f sisteminde &#8220;Yerle\u015ftirme puanlar\u0131n\u0131n hesaplanmas\u0131nda a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 orta\u00f6\u011fretim ba\u015far\u0131 puanlar\u0131n\u0131n 0.15 katsay\u0131s\u0131 ile \u00e7arp\u0131lmas\u0131na, adaylardan \u00f6\u011fretmen lisesi veya meslek lisesi mezunu olanlar\u0131n kendi alanlar\u0131ndaki programlar\u0131 tercih etmeleri halinde a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 orta\u00f6\u011fretim ba\u015far\u0131 puanlar\u0131n\u0131n 0.06 ek katsay\u0131 ile \u00e7arp\u0131m\u0131 sonucunda bulunan de\u011ferin puana eklenece\u011fini&#8221; bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meslek lisesi mezunu adaylar\u0131n ek puanla girebildikleri kendi alanlar\u0131ndaki her program i\u00e7in bir LYS puan t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yas\u0131 s\u0131ra bir de YGS puan t\u00fcr\u00fc belirlenecek. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meslek lisesi mezunu olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n, adaylar\u0131n bu programlara yerle\u015ftirilmesinde her iki t\u00fcrden puanlar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck olan\u0131 esas al\u0131nacak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y\u00d6K Genel Kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc toplant\u0131da, \u00fcniversiteye giri\u015f sistemi ile ilgili al\u0131nan karara g\u00f6re yeni sistemde uygulama \u015f\u00f6yle olacak:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">-Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretime Ge\u00e7i\u015f S\u0131nav\u0131 (YGS) ile Lisans Yerle\u015ftirme S\u0131nav\u0131&#8217;ndaki (LYS) a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 puanlar\u0131n her biri, kendi i\u00e7inde 100-500 aras\u0131ndaki puanlara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclecek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">-A\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 Orta\u00f6\u011fretim Ba\u015far\u0131 Puan\u0131 (AOBP) en b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 500, en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 100 olacak \u015fekilde hesaplanacak<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">-Yerle\u015ftirme puanlar\u0131 hesaplan\u0131rken AOBP 0.15 katsay\u0131s\u0131 ile \u00e7arp\u0131lacak<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">-Adaylardan \u00f6\u011fretmen lisesi veya meslek lisesi mezunu olanlar kendi alanlar\u0131ndaki programlar\u0131 tercih etmeleri halinde AOBP&#8217;leri 0.06 ek katsay\u0131s\u0131 ile \u00e7arp\u0131lacak ve bulunan de\u011fer, 0.15 katsay\u0131s\u0131 ile hesaplanan puana eklenecek<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">-Meslek lisesi mezunu adaylar\u0131n ek puanla girebildikleri kendi alanlar\u0131ndaki her program i\u00e7in bir LYS puan t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yas\u0131 s\u0131ra bir de YGS puan t\u00fcr\u00fc belirlenecek. Meslek lisesi mezunu olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n, adaylar\u0131n bu programlara yerle\u015ftirilmesinde her iki t\u00fcrden puanlar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck olan\u0131 esas al\u0131nacak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>&#8220;Bilgi ve becerileri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde tutan bir sistem&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim Kurumu (Y\u00d6K) Genel Kurulu sonras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, gelecek y\u0131ldan itibaren uygulamaya konulacak yeni \u00fcniversiteye giri\u015f sisteminin &#8220;daha i\u015fi \u00f6l\u00e7me ve de\u011ferlendirme yapabilen, \u00f6\u011frencilerin orta\u00f6\u011fretim ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 dikkate alan, f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fini ve ki\u015fisel ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karan, yak\u0131n programlar\u0131n gereksinim duydu\u011fu farkl\u0131 bilgi ve becerileri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde tutan bir sistem olarak tasarland\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8221; kaydedildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y\u00d6K&#8217;ten yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, &#8220;\u00fcniversiteye giri\u015f sistemiyle ilgili mevcut sistemin gereksinimlere ve sorunlara cevap vermedi\u011fi, de\u011fi\u015fmesi gerekti\u011fi konusunda gerek konunun ilgili taraflar\u0131 gerekse toplumun b\u00fcy\u00fck kesiminde bir mutabakat oldu\u011fu&#8221; ifade edildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y\u00d6K Genel Kurulu&#8217;nun &#8220;T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim Strateji Raporu&#8217;nda da bu konunun irdelendi\u011fi&#8221; hat\u0131rlat\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, Y\u00d6K Genel Kurulu&#8217;nun 14 \u015eubat&#8217;ta \u00fcniversiteye giri\u015f sistemiyle ilgili kapsaml\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verdi\u011fi, bunun kamuoyuyla payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bug\u00fcn kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan sistem de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine giden s\u00fcrecin bu \u015fekilde ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Genel kurul taraf\u0131ndan bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctmek i\u00e7in \u00d6SYM Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. \u00dcnal Yar\u0131ma\u011fan ve 4 Y\u00d6K \u00fcyesinden bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma grubu olu\u015fturuldu\u011fu kaydedilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ba\u015fta \u00fcniversiteler olmak \u00fczere ilgili b\u00fct\u00fcn taraflar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerinin soruldu\u011fu, \u00fcniversiteler, ilgili e\u011fitim sendikalar\u0131, sivil toplum \u00f6rg\u00fctleri, i\u015fveren \u00f6rg\u00fctleriyle akademisyenlere ait olmak \u00fczere 400&#8217;\u00fc a\u015fk\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn Y\u00d6K&#8217;e iletildi\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerin tasnif edilerek de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi ve haz\u0131rlanan raporun Y\u00d6K&#8217;\u00fcn 15 Ocak 2009 tarihli toplant\u0131s\u0131nda \u00fcyelere sunuldu\u011fu hat\u0131rlat\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fin sistemin b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcnde yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n benimsendi\u011fi, konunun ilgili taraflardan gelen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler ve strateji raporu dikkate al\u0131narak \u00d6SYM&#8217;nin y\u0131llar i\u00e7erisinde kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 tecr\u00fcbe \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde konunun \u015fekillendirilmesinin kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015funlara yer verildi: &#8220;Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede \u00d6SYM taraf\u0131ndan somutla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan \u00f6neri ve taslak 29 Ocak 2009&#8217;da Y\u00d6K&#8217;te karar alt\u0131na al\u0131narak kamuoyuna a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Y\u00fckse\u00f6\u011fretim lisans ve \u00f6nlisans programlar\u0131n\u0131n puan t\u00fcrleri ve ders a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 tespite y\u00f6nelik olmak \u00fczere \u00fcniversitelerden yeniden g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f talep edilmi\u015f ve gelen bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri de\u011ferlendirmek \u00fczere \u00d6SYM Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Yar\u0131ma\u011fan ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fcniversitelerin rekt\u00f6r, dekan ve \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyelerinden bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma grubu olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Komisyon taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan rapor, 9 Temmuz 2009&#8217;da Y\u00d6K Genel Kurulu&#8217;na sunulmu\u015f, 21 Temmuz 2009 tarihi itibariyle Genel Kurul&#8217;un ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kararlarla yeni sistem b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde tamamlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yeni sistem, daha i\u015fi \u00f6l\u00e7me ve de\u011ferlendirme yapabilen, \u00f6\u011frencilerin orta\u00f6\u011fretim ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 dikkate alan, f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fini ve ki\u015fisel ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karan, yak\u0131n programlar\u0131n gereksinim duydu\u011fu farkl\u0131 bilgi ve becerileri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde tutan bir sistem olarak tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&#8221; A\u00e7\u0131klamada, Y\u00d6K Genel Kurulu&#8217;nun bir sonraki toplant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 27 A\u011fustos Per\u015fembe g\u00fcn\u00fc yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>160 soru sorulacak<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00dcniversiteye giri\u015fte gelecek y\u0131ldan itibaren uygulanmaya ba\u015flanacak iki a\u015famal\u0131 yeni sistemde s\u0131nav\u0131n, t\u00fcm adaylar\u0131n kat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 ilk a\u015famas\u0131nda 160 soru sorulacak, 160 dakika s\u00fcre verilecek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130kinci a\u015famada ise soru say\u0131lar\u0131 ve s\u00fcreleri testlere g\u00f6re farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterecek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y\u00d6K Genel Kurulu toplant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, s\u0131nav\u0131n birinci a\u015famas\u0131 olan Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretime Ge\u00e7i\u015f Sistemi&#8217;nde (YGS), T\u00fcrk\u00e7e, Temel Matematik (Geometri dahil), Sosyal Bilimler ve Fen Bilimleri testinin her birinden 40&#8217;ar olmak \u00fczere toplam 160 soru y\u00f6neltilecek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adaylara toplam 160 dakika s\u00fcre verilecek. S\u0131nav\u0131n ikinci a\u015famas\u0131 olan Lisans Yerle\u015ftirme S\u0131nav\u0131&#8217;nda (LYS) ise soru say\u0131lar\u0131 ve s\u00fcreleri testlere g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fecek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Buna g\u00f6re LYS-1 ile LYS-3&#8217;\u00fcn s\u0131nav s\u00fcresi 120 dakika, LYS-2 ve LYS-4&#8217;\u00fcn s\u0131nav s\u00fcresi 135 dakika, LYS-5&#8217;in soru say\u0131s\u0131 80, s\u00fcresi 120 dakika olacak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">YGS sonucunda alt\u0131 ayr\u0131 puan t\u00fcr\u00fc belirlenecek. Bu puan t\u00fcrlerinin her birinde testlerin y\u00fczde olarak a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 farkl\u0131 olacak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Buna g\u00f6re, YGS-1&#8217;de T\u00fcrk\u00e7e&#8217;nin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 20, Temel Matematik&#8217;in a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 40, Sosyal&#8217;in a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 10, Fen&#8217;in a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 30; YGS-2&#8217;de T\u00fcrk\u00e7e&#8217;nin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 20, Temel Matematik&#8217;in a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 30, Sosyal&#8217;in a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 10, Fen&#8217;in a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 40; YGS-3&#8217;de T\u00fcrk\u00e7e&#8217;nin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 40, Temel Matematik&#8217;in a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 20, Sosyal&#8217;in a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 30, Fen&#8217;in a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 10; YGS-4&#8217;te T\u00fcrk\u00e7e&#8217;nin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 30, Temel Matematik&#8217;in a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 20, Sosyal&#8217;in a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 40, Fen&#8217;in a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 10, YGS-5&#8217;de T\u00fcrk\u00e7e&#8217;nin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 37, Temel Matematik&#8217;in a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 33, Sosyal&#8217;in a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 20, Fen&#8217;in a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 10, YGS-6&#8217;da T\u00fcrk\u00e7e&#8217;nin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 33, Temel Matematik&#8217;in a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 37, Sosyal&#8217;in a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 10, Fen&#8217;in a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 20 olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>YGS ve LYS&#8217;de karar daha sonra<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y\u00d6K, gelecek y\u0131ldan itibaren uygulamaya konulacak iki a\u015famal\u0131 yeni \u00fcniversiteye ge\u00e7i\u015f sisteminde, birinci a\u015fama &#8220;Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim Ge\u00e7i\u015f S\u0131nav\u0131&#8221; (YGS) ve ikinci a\u015fama &#8220;Lisans Yerle\u015ftirme S\u0131nav\u0131&#8221;&#8216;n\u0131n (LYS) taban puanlar\u0131n\u0131n daha sonra karara ba\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Buna g\u00f6re, ikinci a\u015fama olan LYS&#8217;nin Matematik-Fen (MF), T\u00fcrk\u00e7e-Matematik (TM), T\u00fcrk\u00e7e- Sosyal (TS) ve Dil puan t\u00fcr\u00fc gruplar\u0131n\u0131n her birinden birden fazla puan t\u00fcr\u00fc olu\u015fturuldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">MF puan t\u00fcr\u00fc grubu MF-1, MF-2, MF-3 ve MF-4, TM puan t\u00fcr\u00fc grubu TM-1, TM-2 ve TM-3, TS puan t\u00fcr\u00fc grubu TS-1 ve TS-2, Dil puan t\u00fcr\u00fc grubu da D\u0130L-1 ve D\u0130L-2 puan t\u00fcrlerinden olu\u015facak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6n lisans ve lisans puan t\u00fcrlerinin programlara g\u00f6re belirlenen da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yar\u0131n Y\u00d6K&#8217;\u00fcn internet sitesinde a\u00e7\u0131klanaca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00dcyelerden kar\u015f\u0131 oy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kurul \u00fcyelerinden Prof. Dr. Fikret \u015eenses&#8217;in karar\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik kar\u015f\u0131 oy kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n belirtildi\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u00fcyelerden Prof. Dr. Atilla Eri\u015f, Prof. Dr. Ali Ekrem \u00d6zkul ve Prof. Dr. Necmi Y\u00fczba\u015f\u0131o\u011flu&#8217;nun da &#8220;yerle\u015ftirme puanlar\u0131n\u0131n hesaplanmas\u0131nda A\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 Orta\u00f6\u011fretim Ba\u015far\u0131 Puanlar\u0131 &#8216;0.15&#8217; katsay\u0131s\u0131 ile \u00e7arp\u0131l\u0131r&#8221; karar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 oy kulland\u0131klar\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6te yandan, \u00d6SYM Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. \u00dcnal Yar\u0131ma\u011fan, Y\u00d6K&#8217;te yar\u0131n d\u00fczenleyece\u011fi bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131yla yeni sistemin ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 anlatacak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Y\u00d6K \u00fcyesinden karara tepki<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y\u00d6K \u00fcyesi Prof. Dr. Fikret \u015eenses, &#8220;Farkl\u0131 katsay\u0131 karar\u0131 uygulamas\u0131 as\u0131l amac\u0131n\u0131n haks\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131 giderme g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc alt\u0131nda y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretimi iktidar partisinin ama\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda bi\u00e7imlendirmeye y\u00f6neliktir&#8221; g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc savundu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u015eenses, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, Y\u00d6K&#8217;\u00fcn bug\u00fcnk\u00fc toplant\u0131s\u0131nda al\u0131nan, &#8220;\u00fcniversiteye giri\u015f sisteminde \u00f6nemli de\u011fi\u015fiklikler yap\u0131lmas\u0131na ve bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede meslek lisesi mezunlar\u0131na \u00fcniversiteye giri\u015fte farkl\u0131 kat say\u0131 uygulanmas\u0131na son verilmesi&#8221; y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki karara kat\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Karar\u0131n oy \u00e7oklu\u011fuyla al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u015eenses, kar\u015f\u0131 oy kullanmas\u0131n\u0131n gerek\u00e7elerini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Farkl\u0131 katsay\u0131 karar\u0131 uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n as\u0131l amac\u0131n\u0131n haks\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131 giderme g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc alt\u0131nda y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretimi iktidar partisinin ama\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda bi\u00e7imlendirmeye y\u00f6nelik oldu\u011funu&#8221; \u00f6ne s\u00fcren \u015eenses, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Son d\u00f6nemde gerekli altyap\u0131 ve kaynak sa\u011flanmadan \u00e7ok say\u0131da yeni \u00fcniversite a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131, mevcut yasal \u00e7er\u00e7eve dikkate al\u0131nmaks\u0131z\u0131n \u00fcniversitelerimizde t\u00fcrban yasa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00fcniversite kontenjanlar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zla art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, ilahiyat fak\u00fcltesi kontenjanlar\u0131n\u0131n birden ve \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek oranda art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 ve en son olarak da katsay\u0131 konusuyla g\u00fcndem i\u015fgal edilmek istenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu durum, iktidar partisinin ama\u00e7lar\u0131yla, Y\u00d6K&#8217;\u00fcn ama\u00e7lar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fme derecesini a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.
