A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemeleri\u2019nde 8-9 ve 11 Haziran\u2019da g\u00f6r\u00fclen davalarda dokuz \u00e7ocu\u011fa \u2018\u00f6rg\u00fct ad\u0131na su\u00e7 i\u015flemek, \u00f6rg\u00fct propagandas\u0131 yapmak ve polise mukavemette bulunmak\u2019 su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan 86 y\u0131l 11 ay hapis cezas\u0131 verildi. B\u00f6ylece son bir y\u0131l i\u00e7inde 82 \u00e7ocu\u011fa toplam 373 y\u0131l hapis cezas\u0131 verilmi\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">24 \u015eubat 2008\u2019de s\u0131n\u0131r \u00f6tesi operasyonu protesto ettikleri i\u00e7in tutuksuz yarg\u0131lanan \u00e7ocuklardan alt\u0131s\u0131na 7. A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019nde \u2018\u00f6rg\u00fct ad\u0131na su\u00e7 i\u015flemek\u2019ten ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 yedi\u015fer y\u0131l alt\u0131\u015far ay, \u2018\u00f6rg\u00fct propagandas\u0131\u2019ndan birer y\u0131l, \u2018polise mukavemet\u2019ten de iki\u015fer y\u0131l iki\u015fer ay 20\u2019\u015fer g\u00fcn hapis cezas\u0131 verildi.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sekiz ayd\u0131r tutuklu yarg\u0131lanan 16 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki M.B.\u2019nin davas\u0131 da 9 Haziran\u2019da 6. A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019nde sonu\u00e7land\u0131. M.B.\u2019ye \u2018\u00f6rg\u00fct ad\u0131na su\u00e7 i\u015flemek\u2019ten yedi y\u0131l alt\u0131 ay, \u2018\u00f6rg\u00fct propagandas\u0131\u2019ndan da bir y\u0131l hapis verildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">8.
